About Lizzie
I’ve been making creative marks on paper since I could hold a crayon, and capturing the deliciously quirky, funny, micro-qualities of life is my favourite thing to do.
I’m a bit of a collector of stationary, art materials and haberdashery. (Oh and stamps, and books, and fossils…)
I studied Broadcasting at Falmouth University and for many years have worked in creating digital content for entrepreneurs and luxury brands.
I am a certified Nurturing Birth doula and qualified life coach, with a passion for neuroscience, nutrition, gut health and holistic practice. I’m also a bit of an advocate for the infant microbiome.
I love fashion, especially when it’s bold and colourful and wild around the edges.
I don’t do perfect, I do real.
I love my garden - it may be small but it is full of herbs - and my kitchen; as is with many kitchens, it is the very heart of my home.
I grew up in dungarees and wellington boots with a lamb under each arm (on a farm in Buckinghamshire), spent 17 years in shorts and flip flops with a small child under each arm and a house full of visitors (near the Helford Passage in Cornwall), and now spend much of my time negotiating my professional life around my children’s busy diaries (in Dorset), where I live with my three children and a Springer Spaniel called Coco.
